ART IN THE PARK: FRIENDS OF MGA’s annual community art day
Sunday 25 November 11am–4pm
Art in the Park is the FRIENDS OF MGA’s annual community art day. Adults can participate in their favourite art and photography workshops while children can explore their creativity in a range of family-friendly and art-related activities and workshops – children’s art stations, monster chalk drawing, face painting and more.
Listen to local school bands and Suzuki music students or relax and enjoy the MGA’s beautiful parklands, the gourmet treats and delicious coffee from the Cafe@MGA and FRIENDS OF MGA’s BBQ in the park.
Learn directly from expert local tutors: pastel drawing, life drawing, digital photography, Instagram, Origami (for adults and children) and bookbinding. For those looking for other kinds of fun and artist expression try Ignite Bollywood’s dance show and workshop!
