Find an oasis of calm in the midst of your busy life by learning how to relax quickly and consciously and reduce stress using mindfulness meditation. This workshop is suitable for people who are new to meditation: it’s simple, straightforward and
nonreligious. Facilitated by PAUL MAJEWSKI, Director of MEDITATION SOLUTIONS.
The workshop will be conducted on chairs in the gallery space, where you will be surrounded with images from the PEACE exhibition. There will be a mix of shorter and longer guided meditations with time for questions and discussion at the end of each meditation. The workshop uses simple and widely-practised mindfulness meditation practices, focusing on sounds, breathing and body sensations. Please bring a blanket and wear comfortable clothing.
