Join one of Australia’s greatest photojournalists of the 20th century BRUCE POSTLE and be enthralled by his images of people, politics and events in Melbourne, taken whilst working for The Age.

Please note: we have two exhibition openings on this day. Join us at 2pm for an artist talk with Bindi Cole & Eric Bridgeman, followed by the exhibition opening drinks for MAKE UP: painted faces in contemporary photography at 3pm. A facepainter will be in attendance from 2-4pm.

MAPh acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land, the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung and Bunurong People, and recognises their continuing connection to the land and waterways.

We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging and extend this to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.
