Artist statement: My art revolves around the complex concept of ‘time’. I am fascinated with how different moments in time and space influence our perspectives and define our reality. I see reality as a vast, chaotic realm with countless variations. By blending diverse viewpoints into a unified image, I aim to create a multi-layered reality that is in a state of constant ‘becoming’ rather than being stagnant. I'm captivated by the concealed, complex world beneath this evolving reality.
In the photograph, I tried to capture and assemble fragments of visuals lost over time, resulting in a collection of afterimages from the past and present. These converge to depict the present, unveiling a hidden phenomenon.
